Here we are at the beginning of another week,it's hard to believe that summer will start on Friday! I hope you all had a nice weekend. I had some lovely emails from you last week and it was really great to see photos of you and your work. Don't forget you can email me if you have any questions about any of the work this week. Encourage children to use sequencing words first, then, next, after that, finally.
Have children share their stories of their trip to the supermarket with a family member.

- Page 8: What type of fish is Jack pointing at? (Salmon) What other kinds of fish are there to choose from? (Lobster, tuna, sardines, mackerel, trout, plaice, cod, etc.)
- Participation and practice reading: Revisit the text using the interactive big book. Pick out any sight words they might recognise.
